Wir kommen aus dem Chiemgau<\/strong>, sind \u00fcber Aschau<\/a>, Sachrang, Niederndorf<\/strong> nach Ebbs<\/strong> in Tirol<\/strong><\/a> gefahren. Ebbs<\/strong> liegt im unteren Inntal<\/strong> in der N\u00e4he von Kufstein<\/strong>. In Ebbs<\/strong> soll es eine der pr\u00e4chtigsten und eindrucksvollsten Kirchen geben. Wir lassen uns gerne \u00fcberraschen.<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst tanken wir unseren Wagen auf, denn in \u00d6sterreich<\/strong><\/a> ist der Sprit wesentlich g\u00fcnstiger als in Deutschland. Sp\u00e4ter gehen wir noch einen Kaffee trinken, doch das war keine so gute Idee. In \u00d6sterreich<\/strong> ist wiederum der Kaffee in den Caf\u00e9s sehr teuer. Es liegt wohl an der hohen Mehrwertsteuer f\u00fcr die Gastronomie. Aber zun\u00e4chst besichtigen wir die Kirche Mari\u00e4 Himmelfahrt<\/strong> in Ebbs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Schon von einem Panorama-Parkplatz an der Landstra\u00dfe haben wir einen einmaligen Ausblick auf den Zahmen Kaiser<\/strong>. Und vor uns im Inntal<\/strong> liegt schon Ebbs<\/strong> und in der Ferne winkt Kufstein<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Es wurde uns nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir sind angenehm \u00fcberrascht. Die Kirche umfasst viele Deckengew\u00f6lbe und Wandnischen und alle bestehen aus Stuck und Malerei. Au\u00dferdem ist das meiste vergoldet.<\/p>\n
